How many nails come in a set?

Each set comes with 10 soft gel press-on nails.

Be sure you have sized your nails. You can grab a sizing kit along with your order.

How long do the nails stay on?

The key is Application   

 • 1-2 Days: For a quick hold, Use the sticky tabs that come with your kit 

 •  1-3 Weeks: Long-lasting, Apply a drop of nail glue on both your natural nail & the press-on. Stick it on at a 45-degree angle and press down firmly for about 30 seconds. 

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! you can totally reuse them if they’re still in good condition after removing them. if they’ve lost their shine or the edges are looking a little rough, just add a thin clear coat & use the nail file to sharpen the corners or edges to make them look fresh.

For removal: Soak them in warm, soapy water for 25-30 minutes. Then gently lift them off using a cuticle pusher.

Afterward, buff away any glue left on your nails. Place them back in the case & they’re ready for round two!

For reusing: Use a Q-tip with acetone to remove the remaining glue. Be careful to much acetone can ruin your our press-ons.

How do I figure out my nail size?

First-time customers will need to get a sizing kit. It’ll come with easy instructions to help you figure out your perfect nail size!

What if none of the standard nail sizes fit?

No worries, I got you! If the standard sizes (XS, S, M, L) aren’t working for you, just select “Custom” & leave your individual nail sizes in the note at checkout. Make sure to list your sizes in the order of: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky (Example: 2, 5, 4, 6, 9).

What if I lose a nail?

No problem at all! You can easily order a replacement nail for your set.

Do you offer refunds or accept exchanges?

Since hygiene is super important, all sales are final. Please double-check your measurements before ordering. If anything arrives damaged or defective, reach out to me within a week, & I’ll do my best to take care of it!

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Made-to-order sets take 7-14 business days (excluding weekends) to create and ship. Custom orders need a little extra love and take 12-16 business days (excluding weekends) to process & ship.

Once your order ships, you can expect it to arrive in 5-7 days. Thanks so much for your patience, I appreciate you!

New customers will need to grab a sizing kit, which adds an extra 3-5 days to processing.

Apply a drop of nail glue on both your natural nail & the press-on. Stick it on at a 45-degree angle and press down firmly for about 30 seconds.  Use the nail file to sharpen the corners or edges to make them look fresh.

Removal Soak them in warm, soapy water for 25-30 minutes. Then gently lift them off using a cuticle pusher. Afterward, buff away any glue left on your nails. Place them back in the case & they’re ready for round two!
